In 2-3 sentences describe the overall impression about the course.

For me the most beneficial was learning about gradients and developing a layout for info graphics. Again the way the file system is reinforced is really helpful, and I have started using it in my personal work. Other useful practices was saving proofs and print copies - something we unfortunately not trained to do but in the field this is important to understand and do properly to save time when a deadline is due.

What did you think about the trainer (experience, communication, skills etc)?

It is most helpful that Anil is a working Graphic designer in the field. He has lots of valuable field knowledge which he is only happy to share and prepare the new graphic designer. He also teaches you how to build from the ground up instead of using the shortcuts thereby limiting our creative options.

How will the knowledge you gained during the course benefit you in your career?

It is already helpful in my current position which will hopefully give me background knowledge of the software and eventually allow me to branch out into freelance work.

Why did you choose Training Dragon for your training (price, course contents, location, meeting before booking impressed me)?

Because of the help of Anil. The fact that you are taught by a working graphic designer who offers valuable inside information into the field. In this way preparing the designer for the future. It is also helpful being given the basic tools and told to work on your own projects and other organised by Anil. This gives the student a chance to explore and make mistakes while in an environment they can be helped. Other software courses don't offer this.

In 2-3 sentences describe the overall impression about the course.

Helpful. It covered a wide range of useful skills and condensed it into a very short period of time. As Amil indicated, it would've been helpful having more of an idea about what I wanted to get out of the course. Maybe having a particular project I wanted to complete e.g business card.

What did you think about the trainer (experience, communication, skills etc)?

Amil has been a great teacher, he's been efficient time wise, very understanding and patient. He has also managed to adaptive with the context and in his teaching methods, structuring projects to suit an individual.

How will the knowledge you gained during the course benefit you in your career?

I can finally navigate my way around the program, I get the general jist. I'd like to thinkI can create art works from my illustrations and photography using this software.
