Very professional trainer. Attentive, knowledgeable and provided extensive explanations and demonstrations. I learned a lot, and gained hands-on experience which is going to be very usable.
How will the knowledge you gained during the course benefit you in your career?
Everything - from setting up users, roles, profiles, adding objects and using reports. Petra gave great tips and tricks which are valuable.

It's a good overview of what Salesforce's capability is. A useful mix of everyday issues and problems you can solve by using Salesforce and learning about the different functions within Salesforce.

Very good, lively but not too fast for those of us who have never used Salesforce before.
How will the knowledge you gained during the course benefit you in your career?
It will be another useful skill to put on my CV, and help me find a job where I can use Salesforce a little bit as an administrator hopefully.
