Very good, got a lot of useful and relevant information about SugarCRM. Great way to learn with both theoretical and practical teaching. The small group makes it easy to interact.

Really knows SugarCRM, committed, easy to understand.
How will the knowledge you gained during the course benefit you in your career?
Useful for my company, but maybe more useful if i was working in sales/marketing, might be a benefit if I go in that direction later
