SugarCRM course overview

Note:

This is a two days course. If attended as one-day course, we will cover half of the course outline.

This introductory course explains SugarCRM features and functionalities. On completion of this SugarCRM course you will be able to:

  • Create SugarCRM Campaigns
  • Manage opportunities
  • Work with accounts
  • Handle Case Management

The complete course is hands-on based. A practical case study at the end of the course will ensure that you go through different phases of customer and lead management using SugarCRM. This short SugarCRM course is hands-on, instructor-led and classroom based. This training can be taken as a part-time evening course or even on the weekends.

NOTE: If you would like to learn sugarCRM as administrator please consider our sugarCRM Advanced training.
